JP Davis

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales

JP Davis brings more than 26 years of expertise in the revenue cycle management industry of health care. In 1988 he co-founded Medical Electronic Data Exchange, a leading all-payer health care transaction-processing clearinghouse. The company was merged with NEIC in 1996, which was later acquired by Envoy. In his capacity as Director of Sales for Medex/Synaptek, Mr. Davis oversaw record setting transaction volume and product sales, and was instrumental in building the customer base from a start-up to approximately one million transactions per month. As Vice President of the Midwest Region for Envoy-NEIC, JP Davis managed the sales region, increasing transaction volume significantly, before accepting his new position as Vice President of National Accounts in the Western Region.


Bill Lloyd

Senior Vice President, IT

Bill Lloyd brings more than 20 years of software development experience to ClaimLogic, having developed and maintained the software products and platforms for the Medex/Synaptek clearinghouse for 10 years. Subsequent to the acquisition by Envoy, Mr. Lloyd developed one of the largest health care EDI systems in the world for Envoy-NEIC, delivering the industry’s largest transaction processor. Bill Lloyd is responsible for developing WebMD’s secure Internet portal for Internet claims, which was the first of its kind, leading the way for EDI technological advances in the health care industry. His extensive experience in software development management, hardware system administration and maintenance, customer service and support allows him to be a recognized leader in the industry.


Tom Davis

Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Tom Davis has served in senior executive positions and sales for nearly 20 years in the healthcare marketplace. This time has been spent devoted to the EDI, revenue cycle management and connectivity business of health care. He also has experienced success in founding two successful software development companies, and leading the successful acquisitions of both.Through his sales leadership at ClaimLogic, the company continues exceeding annual revenue expectations and continues to establish it's footprint in the large enterprise sector of healthcare. Tom resides in Palm Harbor, Florida with his wife Kim, Son Tommy and Daughter Brooke. 

Kristina Townsend

Vice President, Product Development and Operations

Kristina Townsend brings more than 15 years of health care transaction processing experience to ClaimLogic. She has established a reputation for excellence in the health care EDI arena. Kristina has an in-depth comprehension of mapping, formats and translating skills that is unsurpassed, playing an integral role in promoting the company's emergence as a leader in customer service. As a Customer Support Manager with Envoy/NEIC, she redesigned training and flow for help center processes for five support teams, with a staff of 74 people. As Manager of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance for WebMD, Kristina designed, developed, maintained, tested, and approved the release of new software programs, while managing and training a staff of ten. With the benefit of her experience in customer service and program development, ClaimLogic’s clients receive unsurpassed customer satisfaction.


Jeannie Milla

Senior Systems Architect

Mrs. Milla’s expertise in outbound format structures and Payer Specific Edit Requirements make her a valuable member of the ClaimLogic team. She brings 13 years of experience as a format specialist, programmer, and payer implementation expert. While working for Envoy, Jeannie was responsible for all Government payer connections, whether maintaining existing connections or bringing up new ones. She maintained and updated the edits for each payer, made sure the reports were picked up, split and sent to the provider. Mrs. Milla has worked in both the private and public sectors of the health care industry as a programmer. During her career, her duties have encompassed writing expect scripts to interact with BBS systems, writing shell scripts for the UNIX system, writing Perl scripts, and writing Interfaces to reformat claims to send to insurance carriers to mention only a few duties. Jeannie brings valuable and extensive knowledge of EDI transaction-processing to ClaimLogic.

 

Erick Sunarto

Director, Operations

Erick Sunarto brings more than a decade of experience in software design and development.  Erick joined ClaimLogic in 2003, after working in Silicon Valley. Erick's computer engineering degree from Purdue University brings invaluable insight into ClaimLogic's hardware design, implementation and maintenance.  He is committed to cutting edge technologies and system efficiencies, that improves overall performance of the ClaimLogic product suite. Erick’s primary duty is leading a growing team of handpicked specialists and top level support personnel; covering payer liaisons and developments, inbound and outbound communications, portal developments and ClaimLogic's multi-homed servers and database systems.


Versella "Versie" Williams

Manager, Client Services

Bringing 15 years of health care and customer service experience to her management role at ClaimLogic, Versella Williams is regarded as determined and enthusiastic by her team. Her expertise was honed during her service as an Implementation Specialist with Medex/Synaptek, which merged with NEIC and was later acquired by Envoy. Critical thinking and analysis, accompanied by a brilliantly positive attitude, are just a few of the attributes that make her a valued asset to ClaimLogic. In her role as Client Service Manager, she serves as both a trainer to new Associates and a mentor to Client Advocates, using her knowledge and abilities to motivate and lead by example. For all these reasons and many not listed, ClaimLogic is fortunate to have Ms. Williams as part of the leadership team.

 

Josh Capps

Manager, Client Services

As the Supervisor for the Client Services department, Josh is an integral part of ClaimLogic. In addition to assisting with new client implementations and being the resident EPIC specialist, he also works with upper management to develop internal training procedures. Josh continues to deliver outstanding support to his clients and is considered the ClaimLogic authority when dealing with payors in the Pacific Northwest. Josh has risen quickly to his current position at ClaimLogic, in no small part because of his work ethic and his innate ability to understand and analyze the needs of those around him. Josh brings over ten years of customer service and management experience to his position and has taken an active leadership role for both his team and the department.
